your lack of research is amazing at 0.6% ree tanbreez rare earths are still worth more than etm because it has 30%heavy ree, also tanbreez has a number of other metals such as Zr ,Hf ,Ta ,Ga, Nb which at times have exceeded the cash flow from the rare earths of either tanbreez or etm. if you sell waste how can there be waste, thus the waste in greenland is proven to only about 3% and that is inert and can be used for landfill while paying the opex
