OK so that's 50 million and plus you're saying that you forgot 10 years(We caught you out there didn't we). But not at 4 million. As it's been rising.
I can see it would average about 3 million so that's 3 million over 10 years which is 30 million plus your 50 million spent makes 80 million.Tthen if we could have that as an investment over 20 years we could consider it to be 50 million at 5% interest which would be 25 million.
Wow even when you tell us that the figures are a little lower we still get over 105 million
Which surprisingly enough is exactly what I said . So if you spend 100 million and you get 20 million back. You would lose 80 million on the project over 25 years
Not the best really is it when you could have just stayed at home and sat by the fire and not lost 80 million. I keep telling you you need to know what you're doing and you went ahead without my advice and now look where you are.
