I bet when the GoG is involved in a lawsuit that is with a company that complied with all requirements they required and made it to white paper..... all bets are off. The GoG has proven to not be compliant to the requirements that they wrote. Why the hell would ETM feel the obligation to comply when they GoG, who broke their own contract. The GoG broke their own rules that they wrote into the contract. But I would bet that ETM has complied with all that is required to be compliant. You should really call the office. Better yet go knock on the door. You should quit barking at this tree........ Find your own forum.....
