The amounts at Tanbreez are far below the 100ppm in every recorded assay and there are no recorded assays stating otherwise. You can claim conspiracy but this prior statement is simply fact. You can claim a newspaper article as fact if you want but then the question lies where is the articles evidence? And why did the article not state the amount of Uranium that was supposedly there?
When you say there is a Titanium problem again Kvanefjeld also has Titanium. I have not read anywhere about the intention to extract Titanium from Kvanefjeld or Tanbreez. So I do not understand what the issue is.
