The slide of the company discussed has been a painful one. Especially for those involved. No wonder ETM was the "one that got away" Some sour at its loss. Left with worthless pebbles. The only claim to fame and a lifes work lost. Whats left? Nothing that anyone wants to fund after decades it seems.

You do remember me saying that despite all the claims. That finance was "just around the corner". Many suggested there wasn't a hope in hell. So, as we see, even with a failed desperardo crypto to mum and dad's. Finance couldn't even be raised. Magoo got it wrong Again. We all got it right by calling it out,

Remember the "20 deals on the table". But it seems none came through? Now we see "$100 million in 5 years!". From some pre-existing wishful thinking investor. Another with a history. Perhaps hoping the company doesn't go belly up given no finance was being found? Not sure. Was lack of finance going to kill the project for good? Probably. Whats its worth when no one buys it?

Maybe trying to protect his investment with an "offer" perhaps?? lol Made me chuckle when the share price dropped by half of it's value after such a announcement and such tantalizing prospects. Another failure The market isn't stupid and they seem to have worked it out with a lot of selling.

Let me put it simply. Let's say you had a resource that you couldn't sell for decades. Even after four years of constant promotion with a conditional mining licence and all "ready to go". All when the rare earth prices are at historical multitudes of what they are priced at now. If you couldn't find finance then. When everything is as good as it ever gets. How on earth will you ever sell it when those prices collapse? As they are now. And how will you make out to the world that anyone at all, is, or even was, ever, interested? You know like when you say you have a lot of offers in the hopes that someone actually gives you one.

You know. Maybe get someone to put an offer in. That one day, someone, somewhere, MIGHT buy it, but only MAYBE(not that they have to). In another FIVE (5????) years! Lol What on earth does that mean? Especially if you could redefine a "defined jorc compliance"? What? Its jorc compliant thought right? So what are you redefing again? , in what...5 year. What on earth do you need five years for?? Why on earth would anyone even want to shelve a "soon to be financed project" for a further 5 years after decades of shelving...Especially when its an agreement that doesnt even have to be secured in any way I can see. Its just a big MAYBE right?.

How would one feel after waiting decades and now a further 5 years. To find no one is again interested? Must be heartbreaking. But then I guess you get 5 mill for trying.

The "thousands of samples' proving the resource as "the biggest in the world" are indeed real? All read first here but everyone. Oh. Hang on. I thought the sampling was unrefuatable??(Even though we were't allowed to see them here). Now we see the only person we know of who has seen them is not confident on them?? He's refusing they're legitimacy perhaps? He now needs a further 5 years of drilling to check them! This just gets more entertaining the more the stories written 5 years to do something you could do in a fraction if the resource was already defined. Why 5 years? Why not 5 months to check via a dozen or two holes being analyzed? Im sure someone will try defend this. But 6 years? Thats ridiculous surely right. I wonder why its been drawn out yet again?

The promises keep falling apart as quickly as the projects hopes. No finance anywhere for years and now resampling and reproving a resources worthiness that was "assured" to us via a Brazilian "provable" samples. All for a price less than what it cost to limp it on down the track?

I'm open to being wrong in this assumption. But what others are there?? Does this all not make sense to others too? Its just so odd.

Sounds to me like going all the way back to square one on the drawing board, with the only outcome being an agreed future loss, On paper and a further so called billions in "prospects and dreams" lol. Bit sill isnt it?

No wonder the former rep said he wasn't returning when the news got out. He didn't want to face everyones previous warnings becoming true. To end up in such a horrible position that's just getting too painful to watch....Shame hes not available to answer to this unusual situation we now all see...

Sometimes its hard to get your money back in mining when you dont find something someone wants to buy. Its really a hard game indeed.

Chins up. We have faith in the project, international law, international influence and the Danish judiciary system. As being one of the fairest in the world.

I sure think its worth the punt if things work out the way they should.
