There is a bit of noise in the physical coking coal market:
1) A rumour emanating out of Chinese traders that the government is about to ban all coal types from Australia being imported into China from 1 October (prosperous in my opinion);
2) A dodgy Indian tender result for one cargo loading 1 to 10 Nov that brought the Platts physical PLV spot index down US$6.25 to US$132.25 FOB...
IMO this is all just noise, it is not uncommon for this type of stuff noise in the physical market to come and go. The up trend for PLV CC remains.
