Appears to be a concerted effort to keep the share price down, to soak up cheap stock re entitlement options in my opinion.
Watch for further announcements, and lift off when they complete the Appstablishment merger. The big boys like to see certainty, so once this is completed, I see the share price surging to higher highs.
