Simples, he sees 9.3c as a support level, and 10.5c as resistance. l think 10c could be a resistance level too. Anyway, as the 9 3c support level is still intact, all is good, and possible further upward momentum. If 9.3c level is breached, expect the next support level to be tested, and 9.3c would become the new resistance level.
