The break of 5 cents means 4 cents can't be ruled out technically , but hopefully quick and a buying opportunity.
Everything I've heard from Floate suggests this should be a constructive 4C, but from my experience typically not a good sign when an important 4C is released at the very last moment possible.
I see no strong hands buying. Some retail punter through Westpac trading has bought a chunk, otherwise no insto demand etc. The 4C will need to be a cracker
