A sure-thing is never described as "expected".
Also, since the pumpers have abandoned the original strategy of customer acquisition and ticket clipping, and are now pinning all hopes on the DW, which was meant to be up and running by Xmas, then by 3rd week in Jan, then last last thing you want to see is the indefinite and plural use of the word "quarters"... with an "S". You have to ask yourself if there is enough runway to avoid a CR?
