They dragged the sale process so by the time it came to settle the SP was 7c not .007
Also it was not all scrip as AF had his hand out for near $2m in cash as an alleged loan owed even though CRO was lending money to APPstab and CRO paying to build the services to which it acquired (double dip)
Hence APPstab revenue pre merge has some how now disappeared
