Crocodile Gold only listed on the Toronto stock exchange in Nov 5 2009. They have perhaps taken over an existing symbol hence the confusion.

The stock surge on the chart above is actually when the company listed, the history prior to that belongs to the previous owner of the CRK ticker.
True history can be seen here:
They have poured gold on a several mines in the NT with the expectation of 100,000oz per annum starting this year.
"Crocodile Gold is on track to meet its production target of more than 100,000 ounces of gold in 2010 from the Howley #2 Pit and the Brocks Creek Underground Mine."
I don't think U3O8 has had much of an impact on this stock.
