    Yes it appears good value but who can tell with whats going on at the moment in the world. I watch CRS closely daily and notice the games the big trade houses play keeping the price down so they may buy at cheap prices. It is far from a level playing field for us small investors. But I still hold mine. Surely CRS must be appealing as a take over target with little to no debt and cash in the bank.
