It was early April that Croesus started to deviate from the other goldies and looking at all the hegding issues etc etc I can only conclude that the aquistion notice/ press of around that time has dampend the share price.
If that's all it is , and remember the fact that if they cant find anything to aquire it may work well/better as a merger,,, there have been a heap of very successfull small/medium gold mergers over the past few years.
