That's where I actually got that N of 6 from.

I was trying to find the published results, rather than the company announcement regarding them.

They say N of 12. If you follow the citations they link to the actual study results which involve 6 patients.

So maybe 6 further patients have been involved, and those results aren't in the official interim analysis which they linked.

So we are simply relying on the overview of results without actual data to rely on at the moment.

Best case scenario it's an N of 12, and do you think we can safely draw definitive conclusions from an N of 12?
