These are management rights to the various property funds run by CNP. CNP presumably makes a profit out of these which can be sold but any sale needs to be approved by the unit holders in each of the funds seperately. If a funds buildings are sold the management right may not continue (depends on contract and terms of sale).
I would be astounded if anyone bar the bankers gets a brass razoo out of a CNP windup - and even the bankers may not recover all their dosh.
