The wording of the announcement:
"Further details remain confidential until definitive agreements are finalised. These are EXPECTED to be signed in February. Construction of the Newcastle Iron Recovery Plant will commence as soon as practical after the transaction is completed."
Ok dont want to be a pain but remember the wording of the announcement "EXPECTED", (my emphasis)so there is plenty of scope for tricks by traders to be done. IMHO there are heaps of buyers sitting on the side lines waiting for confirmation and some that are hoping it does get delayed so that they can make more trading profits. However, remember it is all in place and it will happen just when we dont know.
Its my birthday week after next that would be a nice present!
