True, but if they do another SPP you don’t get the allocation of your 1M CROO. If the heads drop from these highs of buy in, you would have to convert higher than the SP to be eligible.
If you just want your 1M and sit for 2 years with no intention of buying or selling and believe the SP will not be around these levels in 2 years, then it’s the better option.
