No need to convert before the date mate, save your money for another investment if you believe in the company's fundamentals and you are happy to hold. You can always hold and when you have made some good gains sell a few to cover the cost to convert the rest if thats what you want. I have some heads and options, i believe in the story so will hold and convert later on.
