I am writing a review for Centuria Capital Group, a crook company.Four years ago, I invested in their unlisted fund, a sound secured commercial building in the heart of Brisbane CBD at $1 per unit with the yield of 6.25%. Four years later, they said the property increased the value 10% and "performing well". Yet, my investment was down to $0.76 per unit with a yield of 2.4%.This is one of my worst property investment in my lifetime. Never thought a listed company would be a crook like this.I hope my comment can reach to all potential investors in this crook company and help them to avoid this company
