The government really needs to take a long hard look at what's going on in the ASX world.
Companies like this aren't Australian at all. They have some guys house listed as their business address and the only business contact number is some guys mobile number... if that alone doesn't scream red flags I don't know what does.
As for the legalities... our money is long gone, in the pockets of these scumbags in Argentina where they can't be touched by Australian law.
