With OSH at this price, surely this is the time to get into a stock when its all doom and gloom - the market purely wants confirmation on the pipeline - yes or no!
after this the stock can move forward and if oil prices remained high - post war, this stock could really move, if it can maximise its potential.
the dividend should bring some fund managers on board - its only small to start off with but down the track, anything with a yield should start to gain attention.
The end of March should give OSH a clear path one way or the other - people are not going to wait around forever.
As for takeover - who knows, again any suitor will want some certaintity in OSH's business plan.
