Wow, the markets are bearish. Prices have been hammered. There is plenty of things going on that could lift prices, but just too much grain in the world right now, so the bears win.
Anyway, the weather has been great. It's finally turned hot and dry here, just perfect and just in time. Have 3 thousand tonnes of sorghum off, and half done. This will be the second highest yielding crop we've ever grown. Averageing 9 tonnes per hectare so far.
30 degree days, low humidity. Just fantastic. At least another week of great weather to go. We really needed this. Didn't seem like the wet would ever stop.
