I do think attempts by the libs to try and stitch matters up by introducing new matters or legislation to try and fix what could be considered a complete and total stuff up could make the matter far worse. Such possible legislation changes in my view go in the contravention of five high court judges decisions. I do think the smartest way forward for the government is to put it to bed and start negotiations with NuCoal in relation to compensation. That way it will take this complete schmozzle out of the public eye. Only time will tell. All in my opinion.
