"Top Battery’s initial testing for each type of the 21700 cells, one with
silicon alloy anode material comprised of Si micro-particles (Si-MP) and
another with pure silicon anode material comprised of Si nano-particles
(Si-NP), is anticipated to conclude in the coming month. However, results will
not be disclosed immediately thereafter. Further comprehensive testing is
expected to be performed by a potential manufacturing and development partner
using their own in-house qualification testing and analysis, which we believe
represents the potential for true commercial viability. Based on the analysis
results, decisions will be made as to further developmental steps and
commercialization efforts for each type of material."
