Re-reading the battery patent application from 2016 this afternoon has left my head spinning, -again.

With recent mention of sulphur promoted as centre-tech by others in the Battery race, I was interested to note Anteo has included sulphur in their claim way back then.

A secure patent in a breakthrough battery technology could make the difference for an ADO Market Capitalisation measured in hundreds of millions of$.

NDA’s are one one thing, however any prospective majors would be all over Anteo I.P. to evaluate the protection held for the meaningful standing of their ongoing exclusivity.
I expect current commercial negotiations will take time involving Patent Attorney advice as much as that from Legal Advisors.

Any reservations, you have in interpreting the progress since this last note is understandable, however many here would join me in appreciation of your view.
