7 documents - to be sure - that's a comprehensive response, so they are positively pursuing the patent. Anteo conceded to delete titanium from the claims (note in a battery patent - not from medical & device patents).
JIMHO The Representative, strongly directed the Examiner to published scientific papers on nanotechnology (Ben Muir - Currently in CSIRO). Supplied photographic examples ''ie. proof'' & I might add ones to my knowledge not readily seen in public domain before (Sweet images that'll have a few corporations pouring over them JIMHO). The Representative also strongly ''encouraged'' Examiners to use more open dialogue channels.
