You posted earlier on another thread and also I think on the AWE post asking about the prospect of drilling across permit boundaries.
My comment about this is that Australian Law and Legal system is very robust and established with the ability for litigation to be instigated and the penalties for a company and the directors for that sort of deliberate behaviour would result in substantial penalties and maybe even some jail time. This is not Kuwaite.

Drilling even on the boundaries with the structures we are mining would be of little benefit to anyone with out fraccing across the boundary. The permiability of the structures is such that there would be little bleeding of resources. That is why we have to fracc in the first place.

I hope that this allays any reservations you may have in this area.
