blatchy, my guess is they will issue shares at 3-3.5c, with mc 20-25mil post acquisition. if it's a early stage tech, it wouldn't take them that long to decide, and they wouldn't state short term revenue in the quarterly. on the other side of token, it wouldn't be a established tech, otherwise, the whole board has to resign, they wouldn't do that when sp still cash backed.
