    Can some one explain to me what the whole in talks thing is about. Will talk with tech company mean SPI will buy them out and we remain Spitfire or does it mean they just get funded and every one says wow invest here tis tech has potential or is it a partnership. Its a bit beyond my simple understanding. If some one could explain would be really helpful. Thanks guys.
