So my simple mind is struggling to understand how wealth through a back door is achieved. Does it work as follows:

Trading Halt. Tech deal by back door.

Consolidation announced to equate to a standard IPO at .20c

This is fully subscribed, the new interests equate to greater MC

Upon listing opening price far out-weighs IPO of 20c to say 50c as we may have a cash balance of +/- 4.5mil after refund. (Plus whatever value the tech adds).

Options get consolidated at a similar rate.

Or is this a back door take-over as opposed to just diversifying your business' core functions?

I see the value when the IPO at 20c opens at 50c, but if it opens at 20c you've gained nothing other than an alternate means of adding to shareholder wealth through entering a new market (mine to tech).

    Have I misunderstood the concept?
