I don't think the company will reveal the size of the special ff dividend until the 22nd March when it delivers its profit result.

Check out the Orbis website and read there reasons for increasing their shareholding to 16.8% of the company. They think the company will have net assets of cash, receivables and stock of in excess of 70 cents per share.
No value is given for the balance of the business left which should generate an ongoing net profit of $42 million and increasing each year from now on which should mean an ongoing ff div of 5 cents p.a.

This is a deep in the value play that will be well capitalised and with new management looking to prove themselves and a business that is heavily exposed to Australia's ageing population.
