My thought is that he would not be selling
He is aware of the lack of funds as he has acknowledged this in his letter to the company.He also indicated that he was prepared to support any captial raising.
If he wishing to take more active role within the company his timing could not be better with all the turmoil.
Zyl will be looking for an injection of business talent and Mal has a successful track record.
It could be a win/win/win for Mal,Steve Mckay and the shareholders.
