In the USA there are two types of shares traded for Lynas-
Symbol Lyscf is the equivalent of LYC but in US dollars @ the current exchange rate.It trades in the so called over the counter market but not on the New York Stock ( NYSE ) or the NASDAQ exchange. The Fri. close was 0.825 in $US on 355,612 shares.
Also as symbol lysdy on the pink sheets market. This trades as an American Deposit Share ( ADS ) in $US but in the ratio of 10 " ordinary " lyscf shares equal to one ADS share,i.e. at a 10 to 1 ratio.This closed Fri @ 8.10 on 13,595 shares
This is my first blog on your wonderful and recently discovered website--I read thru it multiple times in a trading day. I bought my Lynas shares in Sept 2007 on the advice of an Aussie friend-all I knew then was the ticker symbol. I have had faith from the start and know that it is a real winner.
