    Just read it and well..

    1) There is no Earnings per share ratio as such. Have they had any earnings at all ?

    2) Not underwritten.

    3) Market cap will be 76 million shares. But wait, there is 30 million options exisitng (the biggest number of options vs shares that i have seen ever). Non of which seem to have any restrictions other than eventual expiry.
    This literally means heavy dilution of value of shares, right?
