I would also be interested in Crossland. Well. At least I would like to see some kind of financial summary such as - how many shares they are offering, at what price, the PE ratio, whether they are diluted , and how much debt there is.
Plus of course whether they are going to be underwritten. Yes, there is actually such thing for solid IPOs called underwriting.
