    Thank you for your excellent reply. I have not used stockval, but will have a look at it.
    I tend to find my own ideas to research & try not to be in too many places at once.
    Tend not to run a diversed portfolio, but a concentrated porfolio on a few key researched stocks.
    It is a good year if one of my key ideas works in a year & an excellent year if I find 2 key stocks that work.
    I am prepared to place big bets on key stocks & gain huge returns when they win, not afraid of losses, but happy to sell if I think things are not going as expected.
    Don't bother with stop losses, because I believe many times stop losses would have cost me money by selling me out too early, when it fact I was right all the time. Believe good research reduces the need for stop losses. Sometimes the size of my positions does become a problem given some of the stocks I deal in. Have liked both CNP/CER because both have excellent liquidity in their markets.
