    Thank you in advance for your thoughts. That is the best post i have seen on hc so far. I currently hold cnp but am switching tomorrow....

    Quick question though. If asset prices started to recover doesnt cnp have the more to gain? As a % change would you expect cer to do better than cnp considering cnp has the larger portfolio of assets and a lower market cap?
