Well here we are at a critical juncture.

Korab stands ready with plans and strategy to develop it Ukraine gold asset but with the market for gold stocks on the nose in terms of raising finance. Such an attractive project on fundamentals and with low cost capex plan to get initial cashflows...but in a market where financing is so difficult to obtain with a capital scarcity.

It needs funds but where to get them to execute its plans.

Broker presentations is I presume to find a partner willing to invest in the project with the failure of the spp and lack of appetites for placements to sophisticated investors at this stage.

Sale of winchester by end of May deadline would solve all those problems but suspect like many here I don't see that happening.

I hope for all of our sake Korab is successful in finding the necessary funds but also realise we are in the speculative end of the market and not a great market for those in resources space seeking funding. GLTA as think we need it.
