With $6m in annual revenue + Positive operating cashflow + Zero debt + just signed on a Big 5 tech company.

My personal view is it should be at least a $30-35m MC or 5.5c SP.

you also forget that public companies usually attract higher multiples than private ones, so your valuation is quite conservative
