OK this thread is for people who support this company to suggest what they think are the top 3 ideas to boost profits. I'll start.
1-Increase average order value: Sell bags of ground/ freshly ground/ freshly roaster organic coffee to Maximise value of orders with the right items to take home - Hemp oils, de-hulled seeds, - good wholesome organic packaged goods you can't find at woolies/ coles.
2- Increase margin: Slightly reduce quantities / increase price. Decrease quantities by 5 10% / put price up by 5 10%.
3- Decrease cost and increase operational efficiencies: Refocus menu (downsize), rationalise costs and processes (which seems under way), work deals with suppliers/ staffs regarding payment term exceptionally.
and bonus: Make food fun. Some sugar here and there is not bad. Cheese either. Needs to be fun, good, wholesome, and as long as the quantity is not too big (which it usually is), it'll be healthy.
Healthy is about portion control, balance and organic.
People will increasingly pay $10 for something reasonably small but not toxic than $10 for something they know contains poison (most current options anywhere have either GMOs, MSGs, non organic glyphosate rich wheat or soy...). Not everybody but more and more.
This business is not worth 4M. We all know it.
