The response to the Q&A was at best obfuscation.
The Board is short of both Legal and Commercial talent.
It's almost a given that KDR will not exist this time next year.
What's needed is the ability to negotiate the M&A for the benefit of current holders.
If RIO buys the 32% of SQM that's on the block....game over.
