    In terms of the Crown takeover bid, SGR is just a company, it is not the state of NSW although Star is mainly NSW and Gold Coast.

    It should be able to avoid anti-trust in NSW to take Crown’s license if the takeover is accepted. Question would be what price Star pays for Crown IMHO.
