The NTA of $4.50 will be heavily discounted if, as expected by some commentators, CWN loses its license, could be discounted by as much as 50% in some models, the property would presumably have to be repurposed and therefore fetch a lower price. IMHO air that scenario were to occur, CWN could be as low as $2.25 applying the NTA calculation you mentioned
