doubt this will happen, under such a scenario there will be massive job losses, and all parties including the commission has stated want to minimise job losses. Any new license will be 'imposed' over the existing site. The new party would have to either lease the current crown site or buy the site from crown resorts.
The market knows this, hence whilst the stock is dropping, the share price is not crashing.
