Invest in Crown Hypothetical Corp(CHC)

This is a hypothetical proposal to provide an alternative bid to the current Forge Resources(FR) proposal. It is a REAL exercise to gauge investor interest in the Crown Resource and funding opportunity.

Crown Hypothetical Corp (CHC) has been created to purchase 65% of the Crown Deposit for $21M. This values the deposit at $32.3M, a 55% PREMIUM to the current offer by Forge Resources(FR).

Lynas will receive a higher cash consideration and more importantly will retain a 35% ownership of the asset. This will GUARANTEE the company retains a degree of REAL control over the asset, essential given the close geographic location to Mt Weld.

The essential difference to the FR bid is that the ownership that would have been GIVEN to Mr Nicholas Curtis has been retained by Lynas Corporation. As a MINIMUM shareholders participating in this CR will retain ALL the benefits proposed by the FR bid.

ALL Lynas shareholders will benefit considerably over the alternative FR bid.

CHC is looking for a select group of sophisticated investors to provide seed capital for phase one. Consequently All posters on HC are invited to subscriber for shares.

Phase 1 is to raise $4M to provide the necessary funding to finalise an agreement with Lynas and prepare a larger capital raising. Phase 2 will be to raise $30M to fund the purchase of 65% of the Crown Deposit and progress it's development. This funding program is practically IDENTICAL to that used by Forge Resources.

Internationally recognised Really Independent Advisory(RIA) have been appointed as expert advisors.

PH Valuation Advisors(PHVA) have been appointed as valuation experts. Their work is available for review on Facebook - Lynas Corp Vote NO . The current conservative in-ground valuation of the resource is $250B.
