I agree on it being purely a property play, that's literally all they have going for it now.
Most likely the government or an administrator will takeover and run the sale. For CWN shareholders sake, I hope The Star comes back with a merger, albeit lower, but at least over the coming years CWN shareholders will still have something with potential, rather than a few dollars a share. Plus, if the ACCC approved it would be a healthy dividend payer in the portfolio for everyone.
It's always the shareholders that have to take the fall, I really feel for you here.
