    he would have to say that....the ball was in Eberts hands at an upward distance from his face ...Sloan went for Eberts head with an open straight hand fingers extended....it was not a fist which is usual to punch a ball away , ..for me it was an act of frustraton
    yet alone spite , he was afterall soundly beaten....
