For someone like Mark though, who’d be essentially getting his 52% of CZR converted over to Fenix, does the growth course make it attractive at the end of the day?
He won’t be getting any dividends on his substantial holdings once they become FEX shares and the share price has actually gone backwards and of course, not to mention the dilution to come which have a significant impact on his holdings.
I just don’t think Mark is amateurish to go down that path.
