None of us are getting dividends off CZR so a non issue. For new entrants FEX looks interesting as a growth story but not as an immediate dividend story. Dilution without growth is an issue but with growth its a non issue. Without growth the market not going to rerate FEX UP. They need to increase tonnes and the longevity of production life.
FEX has been pushed down by the short player recently causing a drag on the CZR price till the other bids appeared
